Nintendo does it again providing hospitals with something they call Nintendo Fun Centers. The unit contains a flat-screen TV, DVD player and of course the Nintendo Wii system. The Nintendo Fun Centers provide nervous children in hospitals hours of enjoyment keeping their mind off surgery.
Nintendo has provided more then 5,000 Fun Centers which are sponsored by various companies to hospitals all around and across North America. Many hospitals are on a waiting list for the unit considering the cost is close to $4,250, which is the sponsorship price. That basically includes the overall cost, taxes and of course shipping.
