On August 4th, 2008 for 900 Wii points you’ll finally be able to get Samurai Shodown II on your Nintendo Wii. I own the original Samurai Shodown for the Super Nintendo and its up there with my other favorite fighter game Street Fighter.

That’s right a man living in China came up with the idea to kidnap himself in order to himself a Nintendo Wii. The man’s name is Yang and when he could not afford to buy a Wii he decided to come up with a plan that would involve himself getting kidnapped by two fake people [...]

We all seen this coming, Nintendo is huge and so is the Wii so why would it not sell like hot cakes? The consoles main feature is that it appeals to all age groups from young to old. It can be used for excersise as well which is a big bonus.

Not the Nintendo Wii itself but the classic Wii controllers used for retro and GameCube gaming. The court went in favor of the USA company who had a patent on these controllers apparently before Nintendo and lost having to play 21 million patent-infringement verdict.
At one point Microsoft was sued as well but they had settled [...]

Nintendo has stated that they are looking after the storage problem for the Nintendo Wii. They said they did not have anything else to announce other then the fact they are looking after the problem so hopefully in the near future we will see some results.

We’ve all been waiting for some kind of release date and now we finally have it. Nintendo’s Wii Music is said to be released in Japan on October 16th of 2008. This will be dubbed Wii Music Day in Japan and hopefully not long after be released in North America as well.

So it seems health experts are not to happy with Nintendo’s Wii Fit. The idea was released with the intention of providing kids and adults a fun tool to exercise with which is great but health experts are angry at this saying that it’s telling kids that are healthy that they are fat.

Robbers broke into a Wichita mans home, beat him up and stole his Nintnedo Wii. What is strange is that the robbers only stole the Nintendo Wii and took nothing else. The mans recovery will take some time but he is said to be fine.

There has been a lot of rumor that the Nintendo Wii is more or less a fad and will soon come to a halt but it doesn’t look like its stopping. I think this is more units sold then Sony and Microsoft as well making the Nintendo Wii the top seller.
